Question 1

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan gives you a digital menu with photos and prices, table QR codes and diner ratings, with no time limit and no card. It shows a small Plateforum ad on your menu. Paid plans add more branches and dishes and data exports; Premium and above add ordering from the table and payment instructions.

Question 2

Do diners need an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Diners scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.

Question 3

Can I write the menu in Bangla?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dish names and descriptions can be in Bangla, English or both, and prices are shown in taka.

Question 4

How do I take orders and payments?

Accepted Answer

On the Premium and Enterprise plans, diners order from the table and the order appears on your Orders screen straight away. For payment, you add your own bKash, Nagad or bank details and diners see them after ordering; Plateforum does not handle the money.

Question 5

Can I use it for more than one branch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on a paid plan. Each branch has its own tables and QR codes and can have its own prices and opening hours, all from one account.
